Role & responsibilities

  • Responsible for cradle to grave product management and its strategy to market.
  • Define the products based on customer needs, competitive landscape and strategic advantage.
  • Work with engineering team in explain the different use case of the product and detail implementation plan.
  • Define and manage the product roadmap.
  • Own the sales budget and forecast the business opportunity.
  • Develop Go to Market strategy and work with sales organization and distributors in launching the product and
  • support early sales opportunities.
  • Develop the collateral such as datasheet, application notes, product training material, customer presentation
  • material.
  • Work with a digital marketing team consistently develops product presence in social media.
  • Participate in the industry forums and contribute to the industry forum in developing test strategy.
  • Manage the customer feedback and plan to address them.
  • Able to demonstrate the product and articulate the value proposition.
  • Ability to multitask and take on diverse tasks requiring different skill sets. Organized, composed and handles
  • pressure well.
  • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Should be flexible to travel within India and abroad on short notice.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Electronics/Communication Engineering or equivalent is required.
    (MBA would be an added advantage)
  • Overall, 7 to 8 years experience in test and measurement industry in role of application engineer
  • Very good understanding of protocols such as eMMC, SD, UFS, I3C, I2C
  • Pre and Post silicon Protocol Validation or Verification of of serial bus technology is added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers/stakeholders
  • Strong computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and very good presentation skills.
  • Relationship Management & People Skills.
  • Ability to work independently work and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
    Should be flexible and a team player.
