Role Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Program Manager to drive the execution of electronic test equipment development programs.

This role will coordinate cross-functional engineering teams across hardware, FPGA, embedded firmware, application software, UI development, conformance, and system testing. The focus is on structured execution, milestone management, quality discipline, and alignment with customer commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive coordination between hardware, firmware, FPGA, application software, UI, and validation teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed program schedules and engineering milestones.
• Ensure adherence to a structured gated product development process.
• Track dependencies, risks, and issue resolution across engineering streams.
• Monitor quality metrics, defect tracking, and test coverage to ensure product robustness.
• Coordinate customer requirements, feature tracking, and release commitments.
• Provide clear program visibility through dashboards and structured reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics and Communication
• 6–10 years of program management experience in electronics product development including hardware and software.
• Knowledge of structured gated product development processes.
• Understanding of quality processes, defect tracking, and validation cycles.
• Strong planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Strong inter personal communication skills.

Preferred

Experience in test & measurement or engineering tools.
